By using skinosa.co and placing an order, you agree to these terms. They're written to be fair and readable — if anything is unclear, just ask us.

Orders & payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Orders are subject to confirmation. We may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to verify an order, and we reserve the right to cancel orders that can't be confirmed or appear fraudulent.
Repeatedly refusing confirmed COD parcels may result in future orders requiring advance confirmation.

Our products are cosmetic, not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. For medical skin concerns, please consult a dermatologist.
Results vary from person to person and take consistency — typical timelines are shown on each product page.
Patch test every new product on your inner forearm for 24 hours before applying to your face, and follow the usage directions provided.
The AI Skin Scan and Aria assistant provide general cosmetic guidance only — they are not a medical diagnosis.
