Delivery across Pakistan

• Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide — you pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep.
• Delivery charges are Rs. 200, and FREE on orders over Rs. 1,600.
• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and more): usually 1–3 working days. Other cities: 2–4 working days.
• Orders are dispatched with a trusted courier within 24 hours of confirmation.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, you'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation message on the number you provided. Simply reply CONFIRM to fast-track your dispatch. You can check your order status any time on our Track Order page or by replying TRACK on WhatsApp.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love every Skinosa product. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right:

• Damaged, leaked or wrong item? Contact us within 7 daysof delivery with a photo/video of the parcel and product, and we'll send a replacement or refund your payment — your choice, no questions asked.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Unopened products in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery (courier charges for the exchange may apply).
