Skinosa ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, phone number, delivery address and city, used solely to deliver your order and keep you updated about it.
• Email address (optional) — used for order confirmations, delivery updates and, if you subscribed, our newsletter. Unsubscribe any time.
• AI Skin Scan photos — photos you upload are used only to generate your skin analysis in the moment. They are processed securely and are not stored on our servers or used for anything else.
• Cart data — kept in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers, until you place an order.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders (COD).
• To send order updates via WhatsApp and email — confirmation, dispatch with tracking, and delivery.
• To respond when you contact us for support.
• To improve our products and website experience.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We never share your details with third parties, except the courier company (to deliver your parcel) and the service providers that power our WhatsApp and email updates.
• We never spam. Marketing messages are occasional and relevant.

Security & retention

Your data is stored securely and access is limited to the small team that runs Skinosa. Order records are kept for accounting and customer service purposes. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
